The welfare fund provides for the everyday needs that make a real difference to clients' lives, while the Her Way Home Appeal—new for 2025—aims to support women experiencing homelessness.

    Custom Orders - No Refunds All our clothing is custom-made to order specifically for you. Because of this personalized nature, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items unless they are faulty or not as described.


    Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will:

    • Replace the item at no cost to you, or
    • Offer a full refund

    Please provide photos of the issue when you contact us.
