Pawsome range—a way to give back to the dogs who mean so much. All profits from Pawsome sales go directly to Homeless Oxfordshire to cover essential care for clients' dogs, including vaccinations, microchipping, food, and toys. It's our way of supporting the animals who give so much to those who need it most.

    Custom Orders - No Refunds All our clothing is custom-made to order specifically for you. Because of this personalized nature, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items unless they are faulty or not as described.


    Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will:

    • Replace the item at no cost to you, or
    • Offer a full refund

    Please provide photos of the issue when you contact us.


    Our Commitment All profits from your purchase are donated to Homeless Oxfordshire to support those experiencing homelessness. We appreciate your understanding that custom orders cannot be returned for change of mind.
