


Welcome to Amber Lights in Oxford. A space highlighting the impact of those affected by a loved ones addiction. Through my lived in experience of witnessing my sister battle addiction and experience homelessness, I hope by sharing my story it will help to reduce stigma and encourage others to talk.

I offer 121 coaching to people who are struggling with their loved ones addiction. Helping them reclaim their confidence and ability to enjoy life and set boundaries without the guilt.

My sister Hannah passed away in 2017 after battling addiction and experiencing homelessness. This is my story of the impact this had and what led to Amber Lights in Oxford being created.
